By downloading or using GlowUp Beauty ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The service

GlowUp lets you generate AI previews of hairstyles, makeup, accessories, and looks from a selfie. Results are AI-generated previews for personal, entertainment, and inspiration purposes and may not perfectly reflect a real-world result.

Your account and content

You are responsible for the photos you upload. You confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and that you do not upload images of other people without their consent.
Do not use the App to create misleading, unlawful, harassing, or harmful content, or to impersonate others.

Subscriptions and purchases

GlowUp Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offered weekly, monthly, or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.
Coin packs are one-time purchases (consumables) and are non-refundable except where required by law.
Current prices are shown in the App before you purchase.

Intellectual property

The App and its content are owned by GlowUp and its licensors. Images you generate are yours to use for personal purposes.

Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlowUp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

GlowUp Beauty'yi ("Uygulama") indirerek veya kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul edersin. Kabul etmiyorsan lütfen Uygulamayı kullanma.

Hizmet

GlowUp, bir selfie'den saç modeli, makyaj, aksesuar ve görünümlerin AI önizlemelerini üretmeni sağlar. Sonuçlar kişisel, eğlence ve ilham amaçlı AI önizlemeleridir ve gerçek dünyadaki sonucu birebir yansıtmayabilir.

Hesabın ve içeriğin

Yüklediğin fotoğraflardan sen sorumlusun. Bunlara sahip olduğunu veya kullanma iznin olduğunu ve başkalarının fotoğraflarını izinleri olmadan yüklemediğini onaylarsın.
Uygulamayı yanıltıcı, yasa dışı, taciz edici veya zararlı içerik oluşturmak ya da başkalarının kimliğine bürünmek için kullanma.

Abonelikler ve satın almalar

GlowUp Pro; haftalık, aylık veya yıllık sunulan otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Ödeme Apple Kimliğinden tahsil edilir. Abonelikler, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe otomatik olarak yenilenir. Apple Kimliği ayarlarından istediğin zaman yönet veya iptal et.
Coin paketleri tek seferlik satın almalardır (tüketilebilir) ve yasaların gerektirdiği durumlar dışında iade edilmez.
Güncel fiyatlar satın almadan önce Uygulamada gösterilir.

Fikri mülkiyet

Uygulama ve içeriği GlowUp'a ve lisans verenlerine aittir. Ürettiğin görselleri kişisel amaçlarla kullanabilirsin.

Sorumluluk reddi

Uygulama herhangi bir garanti olmaksızın "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde GlowUp, Uygulamayı kullanımından doğan dolaylı veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu değildir.

Değişiklikler

Bu Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; değişiklikler yürürlüğe girdikten sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmen güncel Koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.

Geçerli hukuk

Bu Koşullar, kanunlar ihtilafı kurallarına bakılmaksızın Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.
